beauport vodka

 

Cranberry Manor

1.5 oz Beauport Vodka

.5 oz Fesh lime Juice

2 oz Cranberry Juice

1 oz Ginger Beer

Combine Beauport Vodka, Cranberry Juice, and Lime Juice in a shaker over ice. Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass of your choice, then top with ginger beer. Garnish with Lime wedge and fresh or frozen cranberries. 

 

Beauport Citrus Sprig

2 oz Beauport Vodka

4 oz Lemonade

4 oz Limeade

Fresh Mint Leaf

In a highball glass combine all ingredients and stir gently.  Perfect for summertime!

Knock-a-bye Baby

1 ½ oz Knockabout Gin

4 oz Ginger Ale

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Lemon Wedge Garnish

Combine Gin and bitters in a cocktail glass with ice, fill with ginger ale. Garnish with lemon wedge.

 

Red Sky at Night

1¾ oz Knockabout Gin

1 oz Grenadine

½ Fresh Lemon Juice

1-2 dashes Angostura Bitters

2 oz Club Soda

Combine Gin, Grenadine, Lemon Juice, and Bitters in a cocktail glass with ice and stir gently. Top with soda water. Garnish with lime wedge. 

 

Knockabout Cask Reserve

 

Reserve Old Fashioned

2 oz Ryan & Wood Cask Reserve Gin

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

½ oz Water

1 Cube of sugar 

2 strip of orange zest

In a mixing glass, place sugar cube and douse with 2 dashes of bitters and water. Muddle sugar cubes and bitters.  Add the Cask Reserve Gin and 1 strip of orange zest. Add ice cubes to the level of the liquid and stir briskly. Strain in to a rocks glass over ice, and garnish with remaining orange zest. 

 

Cask Mule

1½ oz Ryan & Wood Cask Reserve Gin

½ oz Fresh Lime Juice

4 oz Ginger Beer

1 Lime Wedge for Garnish

In a copper mug, pour lime juice and Cask Reserve Gin. Add ice cubes and fill with ginger beer. Stir gently and garnish with lime wedge.

Folly Cove Sparkling Gold

3/4 oz Folly Cove Rum

½  oz Cointreau

Chilled Champagne

Pour Folly Cove Rum and Cointreau in a chilled flute.

Top with Champagne.

 

Folly Cove Sidecar

1¾ oz Folly Cove Rum

¾ oz Triple Sec

¾ oz Simple Syrup

¾ oz Lemon Juice

Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice and shake well.

Strain in to a chilled cocktail glass with or without cinnamon-sugar rim.

Garnish with orange peel. 

 

Ryan & wood straight rye whiskey

 

Poison Apple

1 ½ oz Ryan & Wood Straight Rye

3 oz Apple Cider

½  oz Lemon Juice

1-2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Fresh Nutmeg for grating

Combine Rye, Cider, Lemon Juice, and Bitters in a cocktail glass and stir gently. Grate fresh nutmeg on top, and garnish with a lemon twist. (Also works well with our Ryan & Wood Wheat Whiskey or Folly Cove Rum)

 

Frisco Sour

2 oz Ryan & Wood Straight Rye

½ oz Lemon Juice

½ oz Lime Juice

½ oz Benedictine

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice and shake until well chilled. Strain in to a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon. For a sweeter version, use 1 oz Benedictine.  

 

Ryan & Wood Wheat Whiskey

 

Wheat Whiskey Smash 

2 oz Ryan & Wood Wheat Whiskey

½ of a lemon, cut in wedges. 

¾ oz simple syrup

4 fresh mint leaves

In a cocktail shaker, squeeze the lemon wedges and toss them in. Add the Wheat Whiskey, Simple Syrup, 3 of the 4 mint leaves, then fill with ice. Shake well and strain in to rocks glass filled with ice. Garnish with the remaining mint leaf and enjoy!

 

Scofflaw

2 oz Ryan & Wood Wheat Whiskey

1 oz Dry Vermouth

½ oz Grenadine

¼ oz Fresh Lemon Juice

1-2 dashes Orange Bitters

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well, and strain in to a chilled cocktail glass.
