Toffee, vanilla, & burnt sugar along with a hint of sweetness (think bananas flambé) in proper balance with the single barrel’s oak influence. Not as spicy as rye, nor as sweet as bourbon. A mellow whiskey all its own.
A unique craft whiskey distilled from Massachusetts-grown wheat. Grains are milled & mashed on-site, then fermented for one week in upright stainless tanks before distillation in our custom copper pot still. Aged in a single Charred American White Oak Barrel (53 gallon), yielding just 300-350 bottles at a time.
